Our
Philosophy & Style
Our
style of editing and goals are to provide you with a video that
captures the most important and memorable events of your special
day. Simultaneously maintaining a level of elegance and
class. In addition, we want you and those you share your
Wedding video with, to be entertained! With this Philosophy
we edit with an upbeat paced style, our completed Wedding Video's
typically run 35 - 45 minutes in length. Our clients have
been delighted with this and we have received many positive
comments over the years.
Important
Details
Rest
assured, our staff will always be dressed professionally, in
attire appropriate for the occasion. Our cameras are
designed to be used in low-light situations, if necessary we'll
use an on-camera video light, but only in a circumstance that
absolutely required it. The Groom/Clergy will be outfitted
with a Pro Wireless Microphone as well as several other recoding
devices to achieve optimal sound capture. We always carry
backup equipment, including cameras and other equipment crucial
to the production. Delivery of your finished project is guaranteed
within 90 days of the event. A Digital Master of your
finished video will be stored in our archives indefinitely
for safekeeping.
Your
Wedding On DVD
All of
our wedding packages include at least 3 DVD's, providing one for
each of the Parents and of course for the Bride and Groom.
Your DVD will have a custom Menu and chapters to allow instant
Navigation to your favorite moments. Each DVD will come in
a professionally designed case with customized graphics and
Titles particular to your event.
Pre-ceremony
coverage of the Bride
A
videographer will attend the home or location where the bride
and her wedding party are getting ready for the big event.
This is a wonderful opportunity to capture the pre-wedding
jitters or perhaps some sentimental moments of the Bride with
her family and friends. This option is also available for
the groom.
Childhood/Engagement photo montage
50
photographs of the both of you from childhood, while you were
dating, or your engagement will be edited with some
favorite music or a selection from our library. This can
be edited into the video as an opening sequence, or included on
your DVD as a separate chapter for instant access. Note:
Snapshots or Digital Photo’s should be provided to Studio
prior to Wedding.
Honeymoon
photo Slideshow on DVD
We'll
take up to 50 photographs of your choice, from your honeymoon
and create a Slideshow to be included as a selection on your DVD
for instant access.
Your
Wedding... on an iPod or Posted Online
Share
your finished video in it's entirety with friends and family
worldwide. We
include this in all of our packages, but if you wish to have
BOTH a formatted file for your iPod® and your entire video
posted online, the additional charge is $175.
Our
"Love Story" Engagement Video
Prior
to the Wedding we'll arrange for a romantic video shoot of up to
4 hours.
This could happen at the place where you met, a favorite
location or even a local Park.
There we’ll capture some special moments of the two of
you.
Then we’ll shoot some interviews both together and
individually, as well as some friends and family if you wish.
We’ll complete the editing of this, and include it as a
segment in your final video.
As a suggestion, this can be completed prior to the
Wedding, and it makes for a great Presentation at the Rehearsal
Dinner or Reception.
Live
A/V Presentation at Rehearsal Dinner or Reception
Wow
your guests with a presentation of your Childhood/Engagement
Photo Montage or “Love Story” Video.
We’ll provide an 8 Ft. Diagonal Screen, LCD Projector,
and Bose Sound System.

The
"Highlight Music Video"
The
most memorable and poignant moments of the day will be combined,
and edited together with music into a video that typically runs
3 to 5 minutes. This is a great way to view your wedding
day in a condensed version, and will be on your DVD as a
separate chapter for instant access. We can give it a
"Music Video" feel or a more conservative "Classy
style". These videos can also make a great gift for
your Wedding/Bridal Party, and we offer a special discount when
purchased in quantity's of 10 or more!
Raw
Footage on DVD
On
a typical wedding we'll shoot 4 - 5 hours/tapes of raw
footage. In the interest of keeping the video entertaining
and within a reasonable length, a good portion of the raw
footage doesn't make into the "Final Cut" or
edit. Often our clients request this footage. Our "Preferred"
and "Ultimate"
Packages include these DVD's. If you are purchasing the
"Keepsake" Package and would like these included we
charge a nominal fee of $25/Tape. Note: we only retain
this footage on our editing system for 30 days past the delivery
of your Final DVD's, after that additional charges will apply.
